•Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with an emphasis in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering/Science, or related field.
•Field of study (preferably Occupational Safety or Environmental Engineering/Science).
•Language Capability: Fluent Verbal/Written English Language and regional language proficiency.
•Some understanding of OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local requirements.
•Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and other EHS programs and guidelines (LOTO, Ergonomics, Machine Guarding, Storm water as examples).
•Demonstrates relentless drive and determination to achieve success.
•Professional mannerisms and personal maturity.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Strong problem solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.
•Strong verbal and written communication competencies.
•Microsoft Word & Excel experience.
•Ability to work 15-25 hours / week during the school year and full-time during the summer.
