•Field of study preferably Occupational Safety or Environmental Engineering/Science
•Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and other EHS programs and guidelines (LOTO, Ergonomics, Machine Guarding, Storm water as examples).
•Some understanding of OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local regulatory requirements.
•Strong problem solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions.
