Qualifications and Skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to listen and identify members’ financial needs to better support their financial growth Problem-solve to make decisions, ability to take initiative, perform cash handling transactions, intermediate computer skills, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a busy and challenging work environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to collaborate with others Work 20-25 hours per week including 2-3 Saturday mornings a month as well as open and close the credit union High school diploma or GED required
